Full Moon Affirmation

Tonight I accept that things are falling into place for me.
I am happy.
I am at peace.
I am calm.
Everything is working out for me.
I am blossoming into my fullness like the Moon.
I release all negativity from my life.
I know that I am enough.
I am spreading good energy wherever I go.
And so it is...

Full Moons light up the night sky, illuminating all that is dark. They can be a symbol for the illumination of a higher and greater truth that allows us to find closure and free ourselves from all that is no longer necessary.
..It doesn’t really matter what we do, being aligned with our purpose comes from a deeper, simpler place. Remove the complications, let go of this idea that you have to work hard to find your purpose- reprogram these beliefs so you can recognize that your purpose is found from within, not without.

🌕 Snow Moon Intention

Tonight’s Snow Moon carries quiet strength.
Not the kind that pushes —
the kind that endures.

This is a moon for honesty with self.
For acknowledging what has been carried silently.
For recognising resilience without needing to relive the struggle.

There is wisdom in stillness.
Power in rest.
Clarity in the quiet.

✨ Tonight I set the intention to:
• honour my inner strength
• release what I no longer need to endure
• trust the wisdom that surfaces when I slow down

No forcing.
No fixing.
Just listening.

I trust the quiet strength within me.

Maintaining a neutral spine in any forward fold or stretch is crucial for preventing injury. Aligning the neck with the spine creates a fluid, natural curve that promotes safety in poses like the Forward Fold. By keeping your spine straight and your chest over your thighs, you engage your core and ensure the stretch focuses on the hamstrings rather than putting strain on your lower back.

Many beginners tend to focus on getting deep into the stretch by rounding the back, which can strain the spine and neck. Instead, make sure you’re hinging from your hips, not bending from your waist, to keep the stretch in your hamstrings and lower back. This alignment is key for flexibility training and injury prevention.

Spending a few extra moments focusing on proper alignment can transform the effectiveness of your forward fold. When practiced correctly, this simple pose offers a deep, restorative stretch that helps lengthen and release tension from the body, especially after a long day. 🙆‍♀️✨

I’m learning to make peace with the imperfections of my journaling.

The messy pages.
The half-finished thoughts.
The handwriting that changes with my mood.

Some days I’m designing my future.
Some days I’m documenting my present.
Some days I’m gently processing my past.

And all of it is allowed — exactly as it shows up.

I’ve also discovered that journaling isn’t one thing for me.
It’s a planner for direction.
A creative journal for dreams, brain dumps, and feelings.
A visual journal for doodles, calligraphy practice, and quiet expression.
And… a very real brain-dump journal where ideas land roughly before they earn a place in their “proper” home.

Is it excessive? Possibly.
Is it necessary? Absolutely.

This is what honouring my mind looks like right now —
imperfect, layered, and deeply intentional.

This beginner-friendly yoga routine offers a great way to build strength and flexibility while focusing on alignment and form. Poses like Downward Dog, Seated Forward Bend, and Child’s Pose are perfect for calming the nervous system and improving circulation. This sequence gently eases you into your practice, allowing your body to stretch and strengthen without overexertion.

By repeating these poses several times, you allow the body to gradually open up, increasing flexibility in the spine, hips, and legs. The movements help reduce muscle tension and promote better posture. The simplicity of these poses makes them accessible for beginners or those looking to improve their yoga foundations.

Incorporating these poses into your daily practice provides a solid foundation for more advanced postures, helping to increase strength, balance, and overall well-being. With time and practice, you’ll build endurance, flexibility, and a deep connection to your breath. 🧘‍♀️🌱

Don’t know where to start when journaling? Here’s some quick tips to get you started your way!!
• Bullet journaling → structure, organisation, clarity
• Commonplace journals → collecting quotes, ideas, wisdom that resonates
• Daily or reflective journaling → processing emotions and experiences
• Creative / junk journaling → expression without rules
• Planner-journals → life logistics + inner world in one place. Each style serves a different purpose — and you can move between them as life shifts.

🧠 Why journaling works:
It slows the mind, clears mental clutter, reduces stress, improves focus, and helps you make sense of what you’re carrying — emotionally and practically.

No perfection required.
Just a pen, a page, and honesty.

True story. 🧘🏿‍♀️

Chronic inflammation quietly affects every system in the body - from hormones and metabolism to brain health, energy, and immunity.

When inflammation stays turned on, the body struggles to repair, regulate blood sugar, and age well. The good news is that you don’t have to overhaul your life to make a difference.

Small daily habits (what you eat, when you eat, how you sleep, and how you manage stress) send powerful signals that either calm inflammation or fuel it.

Consistent, simple changes are often what create the biggest shift in long-term health 🙌
