Expert Service Coordination: Our Service Coordinator, Tia, brings 9 years of experience to maximize the value of your NDIS plan. She’s dedicated to being your main point of contact and ensuring your care is always top-notch. Ongoing Communication: We prioritize keeping you informed and involved in your care decisions to ensure your supports are always up-to-date and aligned with your needs. Today we celebrate International Day of People with a Disability and we could not be prouder to recognise the amazing people we support every day. Our participants are the heart of Wollondilly Total Care. They give more to us than they know and remind us constantly how beautiful life can be when you show up for each other.

From our weekly outings and swim and gym groups to music nights, beach days and all the adventures in between, our community is built on connection, joy and trying new things together. With all our support staff living local to the Wollondilly, we are able to be that consistent face you can rely on, the one who shows up, shares the wins and lifts the energy the moment they walk in.

Today is about celebrating the strength, courage, humour and individuality of every participant who lets us be part of their world. Thank you for trusting us, teaching us and allowing us to grow alongside you. We are so grateful for each and every one of you.

Catching up with our Participant of the Month Dianne was the best part of my week! If you know Dianne, you already know she is our resident social butterfly, honestly she could walk into an empty room and somehow still light it up. She’s always the first on the dance floor (and absolutely the last to leave), the first to say yes to anything new, and the one who will make you laugh even on your most stressful day.

We adore supporting Dianne… WTC would not be the same without her spark, her energy, and her “let’s do it!” attitude. Here’s a little snippet from our chat with the woman who keeps us all smiling. 💙🧡

Congratulations to our Employee of the Month – Nicole (Nikki)

We’re so proud to celebrate Nikki for her incredible dedication, warmth, and kindness. 💙🧡

Nikki truly makes up a big part of the heart and soul of Wollondilly Total Care. Her gentle and compassionate nature is why so many of our participants feel safe, supported, and cared for when she’s around. As one of our most in-demand Domestic Assistance Support Workers, Nikki brings her motherly touch and genuine care to every home she visits.

When asked what she loves most about her job, Nikki said:

“Helping other people fills my cup. It’s the perfect opportunity to do something I love, close to home.”

🌞 WTC Spring Adventures 🌱

With the warmer weather and beautiful greenery around Wollondilly, our participants have been making the most of every sunny day!

Every Monday, we head out on exciting group adventures, from exploring waterfalls to visiting scenic local spots, giving our participants the chance to build friendships, try new things, and boost their confidence.

On Thursdays, we keep it local with our Walking Group, a perfect way to improve health, wellbeing, and social connections while enjoying some fresh air and movement.

Group activities are a fantastic way to:
Build confidence and independence
Improve physical and mental wellbeing
Reduce feelings of isolation
Connect with others in a supportive environment

We love seeing our participants thrive while making memories and sharing laughs together! 💙🧡
