Lisa began her passion for body therapy over ten years ago as a qualified beauty therapist, quickly rising to the top, working within 5 star day spas across Australia. Lisa's massage style includes remedial massage, sports massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, hot stone massage and pregnancy massage. Lisa has worked extensively with the Newcastle Knights under 20s and has volunteered at various charity events. Her firm, yet nurturing style will allow you to relax and release muscle tension, whilst her extensive Remedial training will benefit any ongoing musculoskeletal problems.
