So there has been a bunch of people not being available for their Telehealth appointments.
If you booked the appointment, it is your responsibility to be available, with your phone nearby with good signal, up to half an hour before and after the appointment time.
If you are on another call, assuming it is not an actual emergency, please tell them that you will ring them back, and answer the clinic call.
It is not our job to chase you down for not answering the phone for your own appointment that you booked!
In fact, from now on, missing Telehealth appointments will be treated the same way as missed in-person appointments, and warning letters will go out.
Two warnings is "game over" and you will be asked to find a new clinic.
