This Sunday!!

This is my first trip back to Gold Coast since I moved to Sunshine Coast in February. I’ve been running 3-4 breathwork events per month up this way and I am excited to come back and share the new depths I’ve been exploring in this space 🙌🏻

Come join Gillian Taylor and I for cacao, breathwork, medicine drum, didgeridoo, singing bowls, voice activation, and a safe space to feel and express what is present in your body. All parts of you are welcome 🔥🚀❤️

This upcoming Warrior Activation event is being held with the intention to support you in your journey of being free from past stories, free from anxieties of the future, coming into the truth of who we are: warriors of love, warriors of peace, warriors of freedom. This event is for both men and women, we all have a warrior in us that is ready to emerge. I would love to have you join me and experience this powerful space 😊🙏❤️

In this event we will start with a cacao ceremony to connect to and open our hearts, before moving into a holotropic breathwork journey. Throughout the breathwork journey we will be working with didgeridoos, drums, singing bowls, the voice, and a powerful gong.
