Silence may be unfamiliar at first, but at Gwinganna it becomes a calming, supported space to exhale. A beautiful way to quieten the world before the pace of the festive season begins.
Our Silent Retreat (14–17 December) offers restorative silence each morning until 1:30pm and again from 6pm each evening- creating an environment that supports emotional balance, nervous system calm and deeper clarity.
Free from external noise, you’ll move through grounding practices, mindfulness, journalling and gentle movement that nurture inner stillness and self-awareness.
It’s an ideal retreat if you’re craving space to unplug, reset and listen inward before the year closes.
