Hi I'm Danielle & I'm a mobile massage therapist. I like to use deep breathing techniques in conjunction with relaxation and remedial massage practices to relieve pain and tension from the body, while targeting one of the biggest root causes - STRESS. Stress can alter our bodies natural state of breathing and diminish its ability to heal itself! Throughout my time as a massage therapist and as a person in general life, I have come to notice that most people are barely breathing, most of the time. They get on the table and I can't see their chest move at all, let alone their stomach or lower abdominals and pelvic floor! The lack of deep breathing and constant states of stress can contribute to:
- Digestive issues
- Lower/upper back pain
- Neck and shoulder pain
- Headaches
- General aches and fatigue
