Jo’s lovely words after we attended Terry’s 90th yesterday. 🙏💕
‘It was a real pleasure to be included in my friend Terry's 90th birthday celebration today- we've practised tai chi together for many years and he is still going strong, teaching his devoted group of seniors 3 times a week. It just goes to show the benefits of wonderful qigong and tai chi chuan martial art, I'm so grateful I have them in my life and to be forever learning, in this life and beyond’ ☯️❤️

Tai chi & Qigong with Jo is returning to the TMt Botanic Gardens on Monday 19 May, 8.30am - $5 for an hour of gentle exercise to nurture your body, mind and spirit. Locations of the class in the gardens may vary owing to ongoing works, so please arrive a few minutes early and look for the sign ☯️

Tomorrow, 12 May, the Be Healthy & Active Tai Chi & Qigong class with Jo will be at Eagle Heights Park, owing to ongoing machinery works at the Botanic Gardens. 8.30am start, weather permitting, 66 Southport Ave. Follow this post for further updates.

No Tai Chi in Eagle Hts Park tomorrow (public holiday). Class returns to the Botanic Gardens on Monday 12th May at 8:30am. Still only $5 for an hour of gentle exercise for body, mind and spirit, supported by Council's Be Healthy & Active program.
