Yesterday support needs assessments were announced for participants over 16 years. They will be completing the I-Can a 3 hour interview that will be used to develop and create supports plans. Below is a petition to allow participants to submit medical and allied health reports as additional evidence.

Please sign, an interview does not always reflect the true impact of disability. People mask, struggle with spoken communication and a set of pre-written questions may not get a true picture. It is important that people are able to demonstrate need in more than one narrow way.

Please share this petition far and wide and encourage others to sign!

These assessments will roll out for children once they are up and running for adults.
