I need to take a couple of weeks off to help my Dad recover from surgery and keep the farm running and will also use this an opportunity to take a break as well.
Luckily, I’ve had the amazing opportunity to line up visiting physiotherapist, Riley Capra to bring his skills and cover me from Monday 12th March 2023 to Friday 24th March, 2023.
After graduating from James Cook University Townsville in 2018 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy, Riley has combined this with his background in strength and conditioning training to keep refining his skills treating musculoskeletal and sporting injuries, in particular relating to the shoulder, knee and ankle. He uses a range of manual therapy techniques, dry needling and exercise prescription to ensure client satisfaction whilst adhering to evidence-based practice. If you need some help getting over a nagging issue or a recent injury now’s a great time to get it sorted.
Out of the office Riley enjoys mountain biking, going to the gym, playing table tennis, fishing, and camping. A very keen golfer, he is currently completing his Titleist certification to improve golfers’ swings and performance. Having dealt with several injuries in his teenage years from an active sporting life he has seen first-hand the importance of thorough and individualized assessment and treatment. Riley strives to treat every patient as an individual and aims to tailor each session to meet their individual goals and aspirations. I think he will bring great value to our physio clients during his time in Tamworth!
If you or your friends and family have been wanting to become part of the ST Physio family but haven’t been able to get in before due to the books being closed or the diary booking out, now’s a good time. I’m more than happy to pick up with any treatment plans started with Riley after he finishes.
