Mindful Movement with Mon classes have RETURNED 🙌
After my short break on maternity leave, it felt wonderful to be back on the mat reconnecting with the children of Denison Street Early Learning Centre. 😊
The children strengthened their balance, flexibility and coordination as we explored our imaginations through story telling and play. We practiced breath work along the way, learning how to regulate big feelings to help navigate the everyday. 🧘♀️
