Hi everyone,
We just wanted to let you know that HotDoc is currently experiencing some system errors, including:
• Appointments not successfully booking for some patients
• Confirmation responses not coming through to our practice
• Telephone consult payments not being received electronically.
If you receive a call from our reception team to confirm or clarify an appointment, this is the reason - we're simply doing our best to make sure nothing gets missed.
