First Aid Tamworth provides up to date, realistic and enjoyable first aid courses. Whether you’re a new parent wanting to feel more comfortable with the safety of your newborn or need to provide or equip your employees with first aid training.

First Aid Tamworth are currently operating offering Blended Delivery of ALL CPR and First Aid Training courses. All Participants enrolling in our Community Courses held in Tamworth will be required to complete ONLINE Theory Modules prior to attending Face to Face Assessment session. ONLINE theory is delivered via an online informative, interactive learning format covering all theory components and theory assessments required for CPR/First Aid Training. Participants will be emailed an activation link to the Online learning Portal within 24-48hrs of Ticket Purchase. Participants will also be required to attend the booked Face to Face Assessment session, according to the date selected when placing the booking.
FACE to Face Assessment time Frames:
CPR (HLTAID009): 9am - 10.30am
PROVIDE FIRST AID (HLTAID011): 9am - 1pm (approx)
PROVIDE FIRST AID IN A CHILDCARE OR EDUCATION SETTING (HLTAID012): 9am - 2pm(approx)
ALL courses available are delivered by nationally accredited and work-cover approved Trainers and Assessors and will gain you a nationally accredited and work-cover approved Certificate of Attainment

About Us - First Aid Tamworth

WHO WE ARE

First Aid Tamworth provides up to date, realistic and enjoyable first aid courses. Whether you’re a new parent wanting to feel more comfortable with the safety of your newborn or need to teach your employees first aid in the workplace, our health care professionals will educate you on how to stay calm and confidently administer the most up-to date and effective first aid.

WHAT WE DO

Applying first aid is not just about neat bandaging. While we do show you all about bandages, splints and their uses, we are realistic about what you will have available when the going gets tough. We will explain what needs to be done and how you can improvise when that beautifully stocked first aid kit just happens to be in your other car. We are passionate about teaching the most current and relevant techniques and love sharing tricks of the trade. We strive to keep our training interactive and with as little paperwork as possible.

WHERE WE TEACH

We are based in Tamworth and service the Northwest/New England Region and offer fortnightly community First Aid classes in Tamworth including sessions focused on infant and childcare first aid. We are one of the leading first aid education providers for businesses and offer corporate training in Tamworth and outlying areas by special arrangement.

OUR QUALIFICATIONS

All of our accredited courses are nationally recognised. Our partnership with Australian Registered Training Organisation Business Wise First Aid Training ensures our course content is regularly updated to meet Australian standards. Our Trainers all hold current training qualifications as well as industry currency. All of our trainers are experienced, practicing NSW Health professionals. You will be trained by a qualified paramedic or registered nurse with current industry experience.
