FUEL, FOOD & FUN- NUTRITION WITH SOUL //
A few weekends ago, I had an incredible time being apart of in Mount Gambier, SA.
I hosted 2 hands-on nutrition sessions which explored how foods fuel energy, function and movement.
From fun food facts and nutrition/dance games to a bliss ball master class (delicious!), it was all about finding balance between nourishment and enjoyment.
2 inspiring groups of dancers- full of energy, curiosity and soul.

KEYNOTE SPEAKER MOMENT āØ//
Last week I had the honour of being the keynote speaker at the North Eastern Netball Association (NENA) event, hotsted by Burra Booborowie Hallett (BBH).
I dived into the game plan for health: fuel, recovery and resilience both on and off the court.
The response was amazing and I left feeling so grateful to be apart of such a passionate and welcoming community.
A HUGE thank you to NENA and BBH for inviting me- I loved every second!

PEANUT BUTTER BROWNIE //
Need I say moreā¦ā¦
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup coconut sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3/4 cup almond meal
- 1/4 cup raw cacao powder
- Pinch salt
*Pre heat oven to 180 degrees and line a square baking dish.
*Cream sugar and room-temp eggs with an electric mixer.
*In a small pan, combine coconut oil and chocolate then melt on stove top. Once done, beat in with vanilla, eggs and sugar.
*Stir in creamy PB.
*Add flour, cacao powder and salt, then fold together.
*Pour mixture into baking dish and bake for 20-25 mins (take it out a little earlier if you like it on the gooey-side)
Let it cool before inhaling āŗļø
