Why do I make crochet art in winter? Because Goulburn weather is too cold and erratic in Winter to make soap or candles. Yet to be washed and blocked, in an Alpaca mix yarn.It is large for those 04.00 Qigong lectures in the middle of a Goulburn winter.

When you completely stuff up as you were out of bed at 03.30 for an 04.00 to 10.00 class, and produce something so amazing it will end up a permanent part of the hair care range. I was supposed to do 3, chamomile, neroli and jasmine, and ended up doing 2, chamomile and neroli+jasmine. One of a summer meadow, and the other a summer night. And then I tipped one all over me.

Over on Patron, for this month's healthy recipes, we focus on using up the zucchini's left in the freezer from last Autumn's harvest before Spring planting, adapting recipes for AIP and our farm's organic veggie garden.
