The Carer Gateway has a counselling service that is providing phone counselling sessions and online resources to carers who are experiencing stress, anxiety, depressed or low mood. This is available to all carers across Australia from 8am to 6pm and is free of charge and carers can access up to 6 sessions. My Philosophy

Children and Young People often encounter barriers to engaging in the things that they need to or want to do. Often these challenges are linked to physical and/or mental health problems, past or current experiences, or environments. Simply put this service works with the whole person considering body, mind, spirit, the goals of the client and environmental factors. Strategies can be aimed at using the physical body, the mind or both and often in the context of activity.

The aim of the therapeutic environment is to provide a place where clients and their carers can feel welcome and relaxed.
