Almost there! After the devastating floods in May we've taken a severely damaged boat launch area and repaired it so it’s ready in time for our iconic Taree Summer Regatta in January. Its gone through approvals via 6 government agencies and taken countless hours but it's almost done. Big thanks to NSW , , Crown Lands, Waterways, NJ Landscapes and not least the hard-working MRRC committee. Time to get ready for the Taree Summer Regatta 2026 edition from 9-11 January. See you there!

Attention all rowers,

The Australian Powerboat Grand Prix is on the Manning River this weekend 29-30 November, so for safety reasons all rowers are not allowed on the water, either in club or private boats. Thank you.

Huge congratulations to our Manning Men’s Rowing 8! 🛶🔥

Our men’s eight crew headed to Melbourne this week for the iconic Head of the Yarra time trial and absolutely rose to the challenge. They not only held their own — they beat 13 other crews from around the country in their Masters division, including the Melbourne crews racing on their home track. A massive achievement!

In the end, the only boat they couldn’t quite hold off was a composite crew stacked with some serious rowing royalty — including members of the legendary Oarsome Foursome, Olympic gold medallists from 1992 and 1996. Not a bad crew to be chasing down the river!

A very worthy 2nd place and we’re incredibly proud of the effort, grit and teamwork shown by the Manning boys. A brilliant result and an awesome representation of our club. 💙🤍

Big shout-out to Petries and ITI Australia for backing us when we needed it most! 💪 After the floods, their Clicwall product helped us get our clubhouse back on its feet … quickly, and we are incredibly grateful. 🚣‍♂️💙 So great to have local businesses supporting the community that supports them. 🙌
