We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Pharmacy Assistant/DAA Packer to join our team at TerryWhite Chemmart Taree.

About the Role:
This is a part-time position with a minimum of 25-30 hours per week.
As a Pharmacy Assistant/DAA Packer, you’ll play a key role in preparing and packing dose administration aids for our patients, supporting medication compliance and safety, while also assisting with general pharmacy tasks as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pack Dose Administration Aids (DAAs) in accordance with pharmacist instructions.
- Ensure all DAAs are checked and packed to meet quality and compliance standards.
- Liaise with pharmacists regarding changes to patient medications or DAA charts.
- Assist in maintaining up-to-date records for DAA clients and schedules.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service when required
- Support pharmacy operations including stock handling, merchandising, and housekeeping.
- Assist with retail and dispensary tasks, including preparing patient orders and replenishing stock.
- Follow all pharmacy protocols and procedures to ensure safety and compliance.

What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a DAA packing role or pharmacy setting (MINFOS experience highly regarded).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.

- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and compliance.
