This week, our participants have been taking time to recognise and reflect on Anzac Day through a range of meaningful activities. From creative work to thoughtful conversations, it’s been a special opportunity to honour the spirit of remembrance and to learn more about the importance of Anzac Day in our community.

A great day of learning and growth for our supported employees at Dundaloo 316 The Food Truck . 💜

Our team recently took part in a First Aid Training course, building valuable life skills and gaining important knowledge they can carry with them both in the workplace and beyond.

Throughout the session, they learned practical skills such as CPR, how to bandage sprains and injuries, what to do in the event of a snake bite, and much more. There were plenty of hands-on moments too, with everyone having the chance to practice CPR and get involved in the training experience.

We are incredibly proud of the way our supported employees showed up, gave it a go, and supported one another throughout the day. Opportunities like this help build confidence, capability and independence and we love seeing our team succeed.

It’s a great opportunity to get together, network with other local business professionals, and hear from our Colin and the team about the exciting progress of our Gardens, Catering Projects and supported employment. Along with hearing about what else is happening in local business.

Our supported employees will also be showcasing their skills by catering the event with some delicious food!

We are thrilled to announce that Dundaloo will have a stand at the Hunter Disability Expo, one of the biggest disability events in NSW, connecting thousands of people with disability with hundreds of providers, experts and services.

Celebrating achievement, capability and growth at Dundaloo Enterprises! 👏🍔

We are incredibly proud to recognise the dedication and hard work shown by our supported employees at 316 The Food Truck. Recently, the team took on a full-day Food Handler’s Certification course, tackling both the practical skills and theory knowledge required for food safety and hygiene.

They showed up, gave it their absolute best, and every single participant successfully achieved Industry Standard Certification!

This is so much more than just a certificate. It’s a demonstration of their capability, a huge boost in confidence, and a meaningful step forward. These are real, practical qualifications they can carry with them into future opportunities, building independence and opening doors along the way.

To our amazing team: we couldn’t be prouder of your resilience, positive attitude and commitment to learning. You inspire us every day! 💜✨

Based at 83 Wingham Rd Taree, Dundaloo Allied Health provides professional, person‑centred health services for everyone in the community – not just people with disability. Our friendly team offers podiatry, occupational therapy, psychology and speech pathology, working alongside you to help you reach your goals and feel more confident in everyday life.

On Wednesday 8 April, 10:00am–1:00pm, Biripi ACMC will be hosting a Close the Gap event, celebrating the strengths and successes of Aboriginal people and their health services. The event is designed to help connect community members with local health services and supports.

We’re encouraging our community, partners and staff to get involved, come along, listen, learn and show support for Closing the Gap in our region.
