Iβm drinking more booze than I know I should be
Some weeks I train once some weeks I train 3 times
I should be seeing more results cause Iβm doing something

Sometimes is not enough times
Good for 3 -4 days is not enough days
Budgeted myself 2 drinks π» but I had 4 thatβs not that bad β¦ You reckon ?
