On 21st January 2025, we acknowledge a significant and challenging chapter in our journey at Flourish Holistic Services Pty Ltd. It is with a heavy heart that we remember how our company faced severe financial difficulties, leading to the loss of clients, staff, and the reputation we had worked so hard to build. The struggle was not just financial; it took a toll on the health of our directors, and yet, despite the overwhelming obstacles, we faced them head-on as a united team.

From what felt like the brink of collapse, we made the unwavering decision to start again. From scratch, we picked up the pieces and embarked on a path to recovery. Though we have only achieved a partial goal so far, this milestone stands as a testament to our perseverance and belief in what we do.

The NDIS saga and payment delays — hurdles that cripple many companies — tested our resolve. We stayed true to our principles, charging solely in line with the price guide and refusing to cut corners for short-term gain. Our commitment to integrity shaped every step we took, even if it meant working tirelessly without pay since 10th March 2025.

But today, we begin to witness the fruits of our hard work and dedication. This moment is not merely about financial recovery; it is about the strength, courage, and collective spirit we have cultivated through adversity. It shows that even when the stakes are highest, and the path seems impossible, together we can rise, rebuild, and flourish.

Let us move forward with renewed hope, pride in our journey, and the knowledge that the challenges we’ve overcome will only make us stronger. Flourish Holistic Services – A Renewed Commitment to Care

On 21 January 2025, Flourish Holistic Services entered a period of significant disruption that required a major financial restructuring and the support of external professionals. During this time we were compelled to temporarily cease operations and release some clients as a result of the company’s entry into receivership. Despite these challenges, the company has remained fully compliant with all regulatory obligations throughout.

The difficulties were largely driven by personal upheaval—specifically, the dissolution of a director’s marriage and subsequent mis‑management of funds, which included an unfortunate incident of financial theft. These events diverted attention from the business, but with dedicated professional assistance and a renewed focus, the director has returned stronger and more determined to resume our allied‑health services.

I bring 25 years of experience in the mental‑health sector. I have personally navigated profound loss, betrayal, and major depression, and have emerged with a deeper understanding of the real, often hidden, challenges that individuals face. My journey of recovery has equipped me to offer a genuinely positive, holistic approach to healing and growth.

We are fully prepared to re‑open our doors and continue delivering the high‑quality allied‑health care that our clients expect and deserve. Thank you for your patience and trust as we move forward together.

We will be aiming to provide Clinic based services and telly-health to avoid charging travel fees and focus on providing quality services according to your NDIS goals.
