EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST

Christmas school holiday Workshop series focussing on SELF AWARENESS and EMOTIONAL REGULATION for KIDS and TEENS. (These will be run as age appropriate groups.)

These workshops will be a mixture of indoor & outdoor activities & working with horses.

I took this photo while on a trail ride in Victoria's beautiful High Country. It reminds me to stop and smell the roses (or the wild flowers in this case) and to really understand and appreciate what we have in the present moment.

If we don't look after our mental health, and find ourselves driven by stress, anxiety, depression, grief or personal issues day to day, our present (how we feel now) can become something we merely tolerate. Looking to the future can elicit additional stress or even feel impossible. No one can perform at their best at work, as a parent, partner or friend if their mental health is suffering. You deserve more, and so do those who need you.

A room with a view 🐴. With or without the horses, we can take the time to just pause. Take a breath and just listen to what needs to be heard. To say what needs to be said and to walk away feeling just a little bit lighter ☀️🌈

Billy is a bit of a dude. He'd love to test out those couches and was keen to know where the good looking guy in the reflection of the door went (it was his reflection of course). He is one of our therapy horses and has been through a bit himself. He is a real people person and a great listener.
