I attempt to do this "EVERY DAY," whether I am happy or not. I pray a least 2 times per day, reflect on what I need, more than what I want, appreciate the little things in life, value my family and friends, remind my darling, that I ❤️ her, and give thanks that I have food on my table, a roof over my head, people I love and accept the other, materialistic things that pass me by... "BUT" I respect everybody, everything that God puts in front of me... every day, good, bad, challenging, or negative, because... "Today is the day our Lord has made, I shall continue to rejoice and be happy in it." Have a wonderfully blessed day, knowing that you are alive and not concerned about the unimportant things like war, politics, starvation, money, relationships, and medical health.
I DO NOT APOLOGISE FOR MY RANT, because life is about enjoying with all your heart every moment of it... we're not here for long... but I have the privilege and pleasure of knowing that tomorrow brings a whole new perspective of happiness, love, and joy.
May God bless you, as He has blessed me to appreciate the "little things" Amen.
