Never get involved in someone else's suffering, everyone carries their own burden.
The man must tire of himself and drink to the bottom the cup of poison that was assigned to him, and until then, if he asks for help, he will approach.
Don't be cocky and don't expect to be able to help everyone, never force your guardians to provide something that will not be valued, it is only possible to help those who are prepared and humble to accept the help that comes from your heart.

A suffering person sees the world through their pain, so they are deaf, blind, unbelieving and selfish.

If you intervene in someone else's suffering without being called and being prepared, the karmic vortex will suck you into someone else's game, and you will see the face of ingratitude, as well as carrying the bad energy of the other.

Remember that man is capable of infecting his suffering and that will not help you.
Proceed your way by resolving your own life in silence.
Only if you are making your own path will you find the strength and wisdom necessary to help people get up.

Grounding is a energetic phenomena one experiences when their bare skin directly connects to Mother Earth. To be grounded is to be energetically centered, to give your energy a point of focus. Life is all about balance and as earthly beings we truly belong in close quarters to the most natural areas of this planet. We simply are not meant to be indoors and wearing rubber soles every time we leave the house. Modern living has definitely limited the raw contact our bodies have to the earth below our feet. Our bodies starve to be in contact with the earth's electricity on a daily basis. The same natural dirt that provides us with a surface to live on, and space to grow our food charges our bodies with much needed negative ions.

We all have energetic bodies and everything around us comes from pure energy. Today’s technology has a way of infecting us with “dirty energy” or energy that hurts us instead of helps us. Ironically it’s the positive ions that cause us the most harm. Exposing ourselves to more positive ions (electrical energy or dirty energy) then negative ions over a lifetime or less can destroy our health. The cure is the earth's natural healing powers. It’s free and easy to obtain. There’s no catch! Once our skin makes contact with the earth, those positive ions are neutralized and we are again in balance. Balance will support us in living well with good health and prosperity. Most importantly we will feel great!

Why should we ground? Why not?! We have nothing to lose and everything to gain.

This is not my picture, but can you see 👽🛸 it was taken in Italy yesterday.

I was told that this week, people in Italy also saw the Sun light up with a gold diamond in the centre. I know big things have happened and our Earth Humanity is in a new energy space, place energetically.

Yesterday and Last night, I could feel in the sky and the wind something big is unraveling for us to acknowledge again and all sorts of emotions are rising for us to witness, but to clear. People who are aware, as we clear, it will create a ripple for the collective to clear too!

It's the powerful chain reaction that we create when we use our energy through our inner powers and discernment and mastering our mind and actions to serve self and humanity.

Everything is ramping up. Our light bodies are transforming at a massive rate! We are so being asked to continue to raise our vibration of ourselves! This is a critical stage, right now to work with our energy very wisely to create stability, as things in the 3D world are ramped up to trigger people into fear! See these triggers as a message to you to let go and do the work within.

This is where your Super Powers are and all the solutions to your problems that you are being faced with currently!

There's been a lot of people come to me to say they are experiencing upper pain, headaches, pain in the shoulders, neck, upper and lower back. Sickness etc! There is huge activation happening in the upper chakras, so work on your lower chakras to help ground this energy that is moving through you. IT'S BIG! It's preparing your body as you move into the next level.

So many people are witnessing more and more spaceships in the sky. I've seen them many times and I want you to know, they have always been here. Don't be alarmed. It's time.nothing can stop or hold back what's already here and will continue to grow throughout everything!

So many people are starting to deeply connect with galactic beings as more and more people are letting go of being judged by others and listening to their hearts. There is a great unravel happening within the activated Heart which is hugely guiding us all to listen.

As Earth and humanity continue to ascend and more portals are opening, the veil is removed and you start to see, these beings Galactic souls are helping us in big ways during this transformational time we came here to be apart of.

Don't be afraid, don't be scared. Let go of your judgement. Ask to connect to their love, their light and allow them to guide your heart and higher-self in places that are very much possible.

The outer distractions are testing you to master yourself. When you do, you'll see your inner power come alive and you will witness the transformation you came to create!

As I finished typing this, the song that came on was - Don't go wasting your emotions, lay all your love on me! In other words, surrender!
