📸 1 is symbolic of the love and support I have received over the last couple of challenging months.
Thank you to my clients for being so patient and supportive while I pulled away from my role of nurturing.
Thank you my co-nurturer Sherri, for stepping up with her heart and energy and holding space at the Nook.
📸 2 is my way of sharing - honouring my commitment to openness, vulnerability and connection.
My Dad. My beautiful Dad, who died suddenly and broke my heart. And as these wounds heal, and the shock subsides, I come back to gratitude. Deeply breathing in my gratitude for all that is, all that was, and all that is yet to come.

My mind keeps hearing Dr Jane Goodall, asking us to anchor hope. So I paused during my walk and lay down on the bench to watch the birds above and remember all that is good and right.
