Nurturing my seedlings with their next phase today - from water to soil. To grow deeper roots, to build a solid foundation. Discarding the cuttings that didn't root strongly - letting them go.

I wonder where in your life it's time to let go of something, something not naturally growing, or no longer holding the same energy for you. And I wonder what is ready for its next phase - what can you pot on / fertilise / tend to?....

📸 1 is symbolic of the love and support I have received over the last couple of challenging months.
Thank you to my clients for being so patient and supportive while I pulled away from my role of nurturing.
Thank you my co-nurturer Sherri, for stepping up with her heart and energy and holding space at the Nook.
📸 2 is my way of sharing - honouring my commitment to openness, vulnerability and connection.
My Dad. My beautiful Dad, who died suddenly and broke my heart. And as these wounds heal, and the shock subsides, I come back to gratitude. Deeply breathing in my gratitude for all that is, all that was, and all that is yet to come.
