for her absolutely epic breathwork and pranayama yoga teacher training. A world champion free diver and oxygen advantage facilitator with huge knowledge about the breath and yoga practices.
It was mind blowing how regular focus and awareness to the breath affects our daily physiology so much, plus learning about how these practices keep our bodies in wonderful health and assist our longevity. Clearing out dysregulated breathing patterns and replacing new patterns for smooth, clear easy breaths and improving vagal tone. Breathwork practices help to calm the nervous system, and assist the digestive system giving you a great nights sleep - waking refreshed and becoming so so calm. Life skills learned during this training!
