I’ll be resuming Physiotherapy appointments in February 2026. Given the class schedule (and family commitments), I'll be working the equivalent of one day. Unfortunately, this means I'm at capacity for Physiotherapy clients currently, but you can join the waiting list by sending a message or email.

I’ll be in contact with all current clients this week to make your appointments for February onwards.

Book in via MINDBODY and you will be sent a link prior to the class starting. (Option to be sent a recording).

All you need at home is a phone/ipad/computer and a mat.
Optional: a set of dumbbells, Pilates ring, Pilates soft ball and resistance band. (All avaliable to purchase if needed).

Enjoy moving in the comfort of your own home.

At The Physio Shed, we're passionate about building connections through shared experiences. Along with movement, we want to foster community and conversations. That's why we're launching a book club! Each month, we'll choose a new book for you to enjoy in your own time. (Hard copy or audio). We'll also host quarterly meetups to discuss our latest reads. (Whether it be one or three of the books).

Physiotherapy and Pilates @ BASE

Utilising cutting edge Pilates equipment, complemented with state of the art functional training equipment Physiotherapy & Pilates at BASE offers individual and group clinical pilates (matwork and reformer).

The Pilates reformer is a machine used with mat-based Pilates techniques and exercises. It is a dynamic and more intense workout, using springs, leverage, and body weight as resistance to target specific muscle groups.

The thing I love most about Pilates is that it is suitable for everyone, from the elderly population to the elite athlete! It can assist with improving core strength, posture, balance, coordination and flexibility.
