Firstly, Jason Cleaver, VN Airport Manager at check-in makes for a seamless procedure, friendly staff and no issues.

Boarding, greeted by the friendly and engaging Cabin Crew always a pleasure when heading for your seat. Had a vacant seat beside me great always a pleasure to have!
PA System I always find a little hard to hear announcements particularly from the Crew up front!

Meals, excellent had the Pork and Vegs, always accompanied by an excellent Australian Shiraz.

Flight departed on time, always punctual and arrived a little head of time. Flight was smooth some turbulence just before HCMC but overall, a smooth flight.

Toilets were maintained for the duration of the flight👍clean all the way.

Summary:

An enjoyable flight overall and it is always my Airline of choice when flying to Vietnam .
