Oh how I have missed this.. and I didn't even realise.

I have been MIA on social media, with friends and family for a little while now.

I've needed time to be with just us yet I have still been caught up in the thinking of being busy the guilty feeling of needing to do more that I'm not doing enough and wearing myself out with just those thoughts the feeling like I haven't stopped all day then looking back thinking but what have I done...

PRACTICE WHAT YOU PREACH!
Has been a little reminder from a couple of close people in my life.

I haven't had leo in the sling like this for a really long time. Why... because I have felt that I should have my arms and body free to "get things done" one silly because i can still do a lot while leo is here with me...

But too as I was standing and rocking and kissing and connecting with Leo I felt this longing in my heart being filled. This is nurturing me and him all at once and its not from putting him down and leaving him to get some "me time" or get the house work done.. my inner light (cup being filled) is being nurtured by having him here on me.

Leo falling asleep today in the sling wasn't a push and pull he wasn't squirming looking uncomfortable he was right where he needed to be listening to the beat of my heart.
