🌼 As we welcome this rejuvenating spring season, Mark from Ananda Yoga Flow and I are excited to host an evening of Cacao, Yin & Sound.

We will delight in heart-opening cacao, melt into nourishing yin positions, and unwind to the calming flow of sound. This is a wonderful chance to slow down, connect, and rejuvenate – we would be honored to share this space with you. ☕️ 🧘‍♂️ 🎵🪈

Everything you need will be provided, although you are welcome to bring your own mat, bolster, eye pillow, and blanket if you wish. Please reach out to Mark or myself to book your spot.

We'll gather in sacred space to connect, slow down, and melt into deep rest through gentle movement and therapeutic sound.

✨When: Sunday, 28th September | 2pm – 5pm
✨ Where: Upstairs at the Tenterfield Bowling Club
✨What to expect: Cacao ceremony, yin yoga, and sound therapy

Slow down, soften, and surrender. This is your time to ground and restore. Perfect for releasing the day and reconnecting with yourself.

Vinyasa Flow — Wednesdays at 8am
We’re flowing with purpose. For the next 7 weeks, we’ll be journeying through the chakra system — one chakra per week. Expect a blend of movement, breath, and intention as we transition from the stillness of winter into the vibrancy of spring! 🌱

In our fast-paced world, we often forget to give ourselves permission to pause. Life pulls us in a million directions, but taking time to slow down isn’t just a luxury—it’s essential. Yoga offers a sacred space to quiet the mind, tune into your breath, and reconnect with your body. It’s a gentle reminder that stillness is strength, and rest is renewal.

When we slow down on the mat, we create space for clarity, healing, and peace. Whether it’s through the meditative flow of a gentle practice or the dynamic energy of a morning session, yoga invites us to be present and honor where we are.

Join me to embrace this gift of pause:

🕉️ Yin Yoga: Monday, 5:00 PM (70 minutes) – A deeply restorative practice to release tension and find calm.

🕉️ Vinyasa Yoga: Wednesday, 8:00 AM (60 minutes) – A vibrant flow to energize your body and start your day with intention.

A little update for my wonderful yoga community

Firstly — THANK YOU. Your support over the past two years has meant everything to me, and I’m so grateful to share this practice with you. 🙏

As many of you know, I’m starting my first placement this week! Because of that, there’s a slight change to our schedule:

 Wednesday morning class is moving from 9am to 8am

Monday 5pm class stays the same

Apologies for any inconvenience this shift may cause — I truly hope you can still join me on the mat. I look forward to continuing to create space for you to connect more deeply with your body and breath.
