With so much constantly going on in the modern world we live in, it is a rare thing to take time out to slow down & connect to the inner world. Chakradance series is an opportunity to listen to what your own body needs with guided imagery and specific frequency music. We open & close each session in Sacred Circle, so that you have a moment to reflect on your own discoveries related to the chakra we are on.
It is a simple formula that works. We then finish with a mandala art practice which also assists the integration.
Carl Jung calls this process the shadow work.

We will be holding one final series for the year, if you feel called to deepen your inner world, move stagnant energy in the body, connect in Sacred Circle, & have some fun,
