Grateful to the beautiflul Souls & teachers who have crossed our paths this year, we all learn from each other.
Grefeful for this time to rest & reflect, to keep life simple & in the moment.
This has certainly been a year of learning and growth, with many challenges as well as blessings.
Biggest teaching, stay true to self, speak truth or pay the consequnces of people pleasing later. Align with what really matters, and allow time for daily silence. It’s easy to get swept away in somebody elses current if you dont listen to, and take care of your own needs. Respect yourself.
