Civic Medical have government funded flu vaccines in stock

Eligible patients are:
- aged 6 months to less than five years
- pregnant women
- people aged 65 and over
- patients aged six months and older with medical conditions putting them at increased risk

Staff will notify you when it is your turn to enter.
Please DO NOT ENTER unless invited by staff.

Please maintain a distance of 2 metres from others whilst attending Civic Medical.
