📣 Important Update – Appointment Availability

We’d like to advise our community that demand for appointments is currently far exceeding our available capacity, and as a result, waiting times for routine appointments are longer than usual (current wait is 8 weeks.)

To ensure we can continue to care properly for our existing patients, we are not currently accepting new patients. We will review this decision regularly and provide an update as soon as circumstances change.

Please find information below on alternative options available to access both urgent and non-urgent healthcare if you are unable to book an appointment with us.

We understand this is frustrating, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this may cause. Our doctors and staff are doing their very best to provide safe and thorough care for every patient. We remind the community of our firm stance on respectful and kind behaviour towards our staff - those displaying rude, abusive or intimidating behaviour will be asked to transfer their care elsewhere.
