Disappointingly, we need to remind our patients of our firm stance on respectful and kind behaviour towards our staff, particularly our Receptionists. Those displaying rude, abusive, demanding, blaming or intimidating behaviour will be asked to transfer their care elsewhere.

We understand the current shortage of appointments is frustrating - it is frustrating and stressful for us too. Our doctors and staff are doing their very best to provide safe and thorough care for every patient.

Please find information below on alternative options available to access both urgent and non-urgent healthcare if you are unable to book an appointment with us.

To access medical care, please present to Terang or Camperdown Urgent Care Centres, Warrnambool Urgent Care Clinic, South West Healthcare Emergency Department or Victorian Virtual Emergency Department (VVED.)

📣 Important Update – Appointment Availability

We’d like to advise our community that demand for appointments is currently far exceeding our available capacity, and as a result, waiting times for routine appointments are longer than usual (current wait is 8 weeks.)

To ensure we can continue to care properly for our existing patients, we are not currently accepting new patients. We will review this decision regularly and provide an update as soon as circumstances change.
