Today we celebrate International Women’s Day and recognise the incredible women who make a difference in our community every day. 💜

At CHG Care, our mission is to support people to live meaningful, independent lives while achieving positive outcomes. So much of this is made possible by the strong, compassionate women who are part of our team and the women we support.
From our dedicated support workers and nurses to the mothers, daughters, carers, and participants in our community — your strength, resilience, and kindness help create meaningful connections and empower others to reach their goals.
As a family-owned organisation, our values are centred around compassion, respect, and providing the highest level of care. Today we recognise and thank the women who embody these values each and every day.

Happy International Women’s Day to the incredible women in our CHG Care community. 🌸

🌟 CHG Care – Random Acts of Kindness Day (17 Feb) 💙

Today is Random Acts of Kindness Day — a reminder that small acts of kindness can create big ripples of joy in someone’s life. Random Acts of Kindness Day is celebrated on 17 February each year, inspiring people everywhere to spread care, compassion and positivity.

At CHG Care, kindness is at the heart of everything we do — not just today, but every day. 💙 Whether it’s helping a participant feel truly heard, lending a hand with a task, sharing a smile with a colleague, or surprising someone with a thoughtful gesture — kindness builds stronger communities and nurturing connections.

✨ What kindness means to us at CHG Care:

• Being present and attentive
• Offering support with empathy
• Going the extra mile to bring comfort and reassurance
• Spreading joy through simple, unexpected gestures

Let’s take today to brighten someone’s day — whether it’s a sincere compliment, a helping hand, or just a moment of listening. Sometimes the smallest act can make the biggest difference. 💫
