Try this 'box breathing' method.
Long slow breathing can help relieve stress and anxiety. The simplest methods are usually the best. Combine this with cues throughout the day to remind you to take a breath, eg turning the kettle on, getting in and out of the car, stop signs, going to the bathroom, sitting down to eat, etc.
