Key Responsibilities
Customer Service: Provide friendly and efficient service to all customers, addressing their needs and queries promptly.

Store Admin: Manage customer appointments and admin procedures.

Optical Assistant: Assist in dispensing and aftercare of glasses and contact lenses. Training will be provided.

Qualifications
Experience: Previous retail experience is required.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
Computer fluent: sound knowledge of email and microsoft use
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Problem Solving: Ability to handle customer complaints and issues with professionalism and tact.

Your retina is the thin layer at the back of the eye that lets you see. When diabetes isn’t well controlled, high blood sugar can damage the tiny blood vessels in this area — this is called Diabetic Retinopathy, and in severe cases it can cause permanent vision loss.
