Our Story

Hi my name is Karen Walshe founder of Loving Nutrition, I am a qualified Medical Nutritionist and Herbalist and want to help you achieve your health goals!!

It was through my life experience of being diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, a chronic disease, at the age of 24 years of age that inspired my love of learning how we can heal our bodies using food as medicine.

I found everyone at work would constantly ask me what they should eat and decided to retrain in 2009 as a Naturopath so I could follow my passion of helping people feel better.

Knowing just how desperate you can feel when modern day medicine feels as if it is is failing you i found myself a new mission..... I just want to be clear here that I am an advocate of using modern day medicine where needed.
