I truly believe that every person holds within themselves the keys to their own happiness, and consider it my privilege to aid clients in the discovery of these keys. Also known as Tapping or EFT, Emotional Freedom Technique is a form of mind-body medicine that can unlock and gently release the stuck energy, emotions and limiting beliefs that are holding you back from everything you want. EFT involves tapping acupuncture points on the face and upper body with your fingers while focusing your attention on whatever is bothering you. It is so simple, and the results are profound!

Reiki is the Japanese healing technique of ‘laying on hands’ on the body. The word Reiki translates to mean ‘spiritually guided life force energy’ – a Reiki treatment gently guides your life force energy, or Qi, to grow and flow in a harmonious way that supports relaxation and healing. The treatment feels like being enveloped in a warm, tingly radiance that fills the client with feelings of peace and well-being. During this wonderful experience, deep healing occurs on every level of mind, body and spirit, leading to powerful, positive change.
