Big thanks to all involved and who have supported our business so far. We have been open for 8 weeks now and it is going well.

We have had some full booked classes, which has been a great achievement. We have had very positive feedback. We keep trying to listen to our members and improve our services.

We offer different style of classes, with some more to come!

Our Pilates reformer classes come in different formats, a normal class, a Seniors, advanced and dynamic, with some more variety to come. We also offer Yin Yoga, Hatha Yoga and Kundalini Yoga, with more to come.

We also have plenty more room for new members to join!

Hi All,

We continue to grow every day. Slowly, but surely! This is thanks to the great work of our team and all who have joined us. It is amazing to see such great improvement with our members already. A lot of happy faces and positive feedback. It makes it all worth it.

We even had a class with boys here that were on a bucks weekend and wanted to see what their girlfriends were up to.

It was great fun for them and our beautiful Katie handled the situation wonderfully.

We are getting more and more people in of all ages with all great results. More men are joining, so no excuses valid for lack of men.

We have started some extra seniors classes now and more to come. We have added some Advanced classes and more to come. We are adding in Yin Yoga and more to come. We are building community and more to come! It is great, YOU should come! :)

Yay!! We did it! The official first day of our Studio is a wrap!

Thanks everyone for supporting us so far. Thank you to the members for signing up! We hope we can make it worth it for you. Thanks again to friends and family for helping us out (we are still not done) so far. Thanks to the teachers for joining our team.

A lot has to come together to make it happen.

This video is of last night 10.30pm and we opened 5.30 am this morning. We still have some upgrades to go, but we are happy it is finally all happening.

Hi all,

Our works continue. Today we installed 8 ceiling speakers. Apart from the awkwardness of a lot wires creating trip hazards, we had a lot of fun doing this. Luckily when we ran the test at the end, all speakers were working fine! So another step closer.

Only over a week to go before we would like to open. Just waiting on some of the last parts/items to arrive.
