I’m home again in Australia after a 2-day travel.

This will be the most memorable Xmas day as it was at the pyramids feeding the homeless dogs tuna and offering love to them and of course love and best wishes to humans.

Dressed in my silver sparkle Santa hat and Xmas tree earrings I set off with a mission to bring Xmas joy to all

It was delightful as others shared their love and joy too.
And of course another connection with a Santa camel ….. yes I’ll still a big kid who loves all this.

I feel so much gratitude to be able to do this and offer this.

Oh yes !!!!! The puppies loved their Xmas breakfast

As did this my heart was also with my husband and sons in Australia as it’s the first time I've been away from them for Xmas.

Today my heart was reminded why I walk this path.

A young Egyptian man approached me after hearing that I do healing. With a need and courage, he asked if I could work with him. I could feel how much he was carrying — anger, tightness, stress held deep in his body and energy.

Of course, I said yes.

As he surrendered into the medical intuitive healing, something profound shifted. His tension melted. His energy softened. Before my eyes, he moved from guarded and braced to gentle, open, and deeply in his heart.

This was a massive step for him. As a man, allowing touch, trusting the process, and having faith takes incredible bravery. I felt truly honoured to hold that space for him.

When we finished, he was a changed man — lighter, calmer, more present. He said he felt everything

I am so blessed to be able to touch lives in this way and to make someone’s day just a little brighter.

Yep! Having fun exploring and feeling into new places for the next Return To Self Journey in Egypt

As I stood at the portal gateway I felt the ancient mystery schools call those that are guided to join me in 2026 for my Egypt journey - it is NOT tour.

And wow… Aswan. Place of gold.

There is a gentleness here that carries immense power.

In Aswan, time doesn’t rush you — it receives you. It’s as if the land itself remembers the ancient ways of living in rhythm with the Nile, the stars, and the soul.

As I walked through Aswan, I felt a deep connection to ancient wisdom — not as something learned, but something remembered.

Wisdom that lives in the body.

In the breath.

In the quiet knowing that rises when you finally slow down enough to listen.

Imagine going back in time to an Aswan village…

Where life is simple, sacred, and grounded.

Where the day is guided by the sun, the water, and community.

Where your nervous system softens, your heart opens, and your soul exhales.

I love Egypt, as it is my soul’s home — the place where I feel truly alive, whole, and deeply myself.

There is something here that doesn’t just touch you… it remembers you. And you remember you.

So many of you have messaged me saying I look 10 years younger.
What you’re really seeing is not just Egypt on my skin — it’s what happens when the soul comes back into alignment. When the weight lifts, the heart opens, and the body responds to truth, safety, and ancient wisdom.

Egypt has a way of stripping away what no longer belongs to you and gently returning you to yourself.

People feel lighter. Clearer. More embodied. More alive.

Finding new places in Egypt for my next journey

Today I was gifted something profoundly sacred.

At the Temple of Isis at Dendara, I was granted a rare and unexpected opportunity to commit myself to the ancient wisdom held within these stones.

A security officer was intuitively assigned to guide me, and without question he led me to a particular wall — one that was unmistakably a portal. You can feel it. You know it.

As I leaned into that wall, time dissolved. It was as though I had been carried back into ancient Egypt, into a remembering beyond words. He stood watch and guarded the space, holding and supporting me in a way that felt both deeply human and deeply symbolic — something you don’t often see, yet something that felt entirely right in that moment.

The photo captures more than what the eye can see. It holds protection, trust, surrender, and a quiet reverence for the Mysteries of Isis. A moment where the past and present touched, and I was reminded that the ancient wisdom is not lost — it awakens when we are ready to receive it.

Grateful beyond words for this initiation, this protection, and this sacred remembering

This is what happens when you join my retirement self journeys in Egypt. This is not a tour as it’s a spiritual journey like no other.
