Grounding or Earthing is the most important basis of your spiritual practice - without being consistently grounded you will find yourself more sensitive to external energies, affected easily by entities and not having ing clear guidance from your higher self and guides.

Many on their spiritual journey try so hard to reach the pinnacle of connection in the higher dimensions without realising that without grounding they become totally dysfunctional in the 3D.

What does that dysfunction look like? It looks like financial lack, unsatisfactory relationships, low energy, poor boundaries, to name a few.
