Empathy without strong boundaries is self destruction!

I tell my empathic clients that being an empath is a super power … when they put boundaries in place and stop taking on everyone’s stuff.

An empath has the supernatural ability to read the emotional states of others, the problem is most Empaths take on that emotion and wonder why they end up with anxiety and depleted of energy.

Our conscious mind is responsible for most of the problems we face - it creates stress and worry, buys into collective fear and programming.

Whilst it believes it is keeping us safe, more often than not it holds us back and restrict our creativity and flow.

Next time you are obsessing over something, take a step back and ask is this really your truth or something that has been programmed into you and where did it come from - your parents, your education, the TV or socials.

As you transcend, don’t be surprised if support doesn’t come from familiar faces.
The Universe will place strangers in your path to take you to higher places.

Sometimes we leave people behind as we grow and expand, this doesn’t mean they cant be in your circle anymore, it just means that they will no longer be in your inner circle of support as you begin to vibrate at a higher frequency.

Everyone has their own journey at their own pace - and even though they may be unable to support your growth, you may be able to help and support theirs.

Remember life is not a competition, Ascension is definitely not a competition- the goal is for all of humanity to release themselves from the shackles of the 3D matrix.

Instead create a NEW story by firstly focus on the present, on the here and now, on the moment in front of you.

Spend your energy on creating a minute you are comfortable in, an hour you are doing something that brings you joy, a day that makes you happy.

We are the creators of our reality whether we choose to take responsibility for it or not - our thought become the things that become our reality.
