So now I want to offer you an alternative – to attend from home! This is also open to people everywhere!! Don’t live here in Texas – no worries!!

These are crazy, stressful, and draining times that we are living in, with so much uncertainty. Come along for a 60min session of calming your mind, relaxing your body and regulating your nervous system – for FREE!! That’s right, you heard me, I’ve decided to make the first session FREE for everyone!

How does sound healing work?
Sound therapy uses specific frequencies, tones, and vibrations to shift brainwave states, activate the parasympathetic nervous system (rest & digest), and induce deep relaxation. By utilizing principles like brainwave entrainment and resonance, it can lower stress hormones, reduce anxiety, and manage pain by encouraging the body to move from an active, stressed "beta" state to a calm "alpha" or "theta" state.

I've marked the calendar with my available dates for 👣 Reflexology 🙌🏼Reiki and 🌬️ Breathwork sessions, our Full and New Moon dates for this month along with my Breathe and Relieve group session 🧘🏼‍♀️
