Another Successful Healthy Lifestyle Thursday!

✨We had an amazing session with Jaimie Muggleton exploring the world of reflexology, Breathwork & Reiki Medicine.🦶💆‍♀️

Reflexology is all about applying gentle pressure to specific points on your feet and hands, to bring about a state of deep relaxation, clear blockages- both energetic and physical, increase blood flow, restore balance to the organs of the body and to stimulate the body's own health processes.

A big thanks to Jaimie for coming over and teaching us all things reflexology!
