The excitement of new adventures but the bittersweet moments of watching your little ones take their first steps into the big world of school, filled with lot's of love and a little anxiety.

The post-partum years can be such a hectic time.
We pour our hearts and souls into being the best mum we can be, yet in the process, it's easy to forget to nurture ourselves. We might feel like we have to be everything for everyone, so this is your gentle reminder...YOU matter too!
So as you scroll through all thoes adorable back to School photos I've been seeing on my feed, remember It's okay to prioritize your self-care, when you nurture your needs your not just benefiting yourself, your creating a positive space to care for your little ones.
Even if its just a quiet cuppa, relaxing in a warm bath, scheduling in a massage treatment, maybe its studying something new, pursuing a passion project, starting a fitness journey or finally enjoying that hobby you love, what ever it is?!... Make you a priority, a happy Mum means a happy home. YOU are worth it!
