Food (bread, pies, buns, rolls, scorns, cakes and food-hampers) pick up at the surgery today March 27th at 430pm sharp, along our driveway. Sandra from the Faith in Action Ministry will be there. Please bring bags to collect the food, it's good stuff and you can bring your friends too.

If you are trying to book your booster vaccination we offer Moderna and Pfizer but they are listed as Vaccination 3 which is the same as booster.

Our Practice is participating in the government funded Covid-19 Vaccination roll-out. Bookings are available ONLINE ONLY.

Paediatric Pfizer, Adult Pfizer, Moderna and Booster vaccines are available.

Once you book online you will receive a confirmation email from Hot Docs and you must scroll down that email and complete the consent form.

If we do not receive your consent form we will not be able to vaccinate you as this is your consent to be vaccinated

***Pfizer bookings Open**
Pfizer bookings are now available online for both 1st and 2nd doses for anyone 12 years old and up.

**IMPORTANT INFORMATION**
In order to receive your vaccination you MUST fill in the online consent form that is in your confirmation email from Hot Docs you just scroll down and complete all the information required and click send, it can be done from your phone.

You MUST do this in order to receive your vaccination.

**IMPORTANT INFORMATION**
In order to receive your vaccination you MUST fill in the online consent form that is in your confirmation email from Hot Docs.

Many people have not submitted their consent forms after making their online booking. If we do not receive your consent forms ASAP we will have to cancel those appointments as we cannot vaccinate without those forms which include your personal information in order to submit your vaccination to Medicare.

You cannot make booking without an email so after you make your appointment check the confirmation email sent to you from Hot Docs and scroll down and complete the consent form and sign click send.

Our online booking system is closed as we have filled our allocation for this week, but we will be receiving more Pfizer next week and the online bookings will re-open at that time.

We do not take phone appointments for Pfizer.

Pfizer Bookings are now available online for bookings for 12 years to under 60 years only.
**IMPORTANT**
When you have received your appointment confirmation via email from Hot Docs please read the email and scroll down and fill in the consent form and press send. We must have your consent form prior to attending your appointment.

All our Pfizer appointments are conducted in the back carpark of the practice. Please do not enter the practice, make your way to the carpark and a staff member will greet you.

If you have already had your first Pfizer vaccination at our practice prior to today you do not need to book your 2nd dose as we have already given you a date and time to return.

Once all appointments are full you will no longer be able to book and will have to wait until we receive our next allocation of vaccinations.

All Pfizer appointments are online only we do not take phone appointments for Pfizer vaccinations.

Our online booking for Pfizer is now open. We have limited supply, we are receiving more Pfizer on 24th September and so more appointments will become available after this date.
