As we age, we’re more susceptible to muscle loss - training fasted, skipping meals & under fuelling puts you at greater risk of breaking down your (precious) lean, metabolically active) muscle tissue!! 😢 😭
We have to give you muscles reason to stay, ie STIMULUS + PROTEIN (& CHO) + ADEQUATE HYDRATION (incl adequate rest)!
