Ladies, don’t be afraid to supplement if there’s gaps in your nutrition! 🙏❤️ I’m all for a “food first” approach however, sometimes we may need to bump up our intake with a bit of assistance!! ✅✅. Be mindful, not all protein shakes are created equally - some are full of artificial sweeteners & cheap fillers. My go-to/ highly recommended brand is always & 2nd to that, I’d suggest Feel Good tasteless collagen &/ WPI 90 to “pimp up” existing drinks & snacks! 💪💯 Protein shakes are definitely my go-to for days when I’m booked back-2-back with clients! It’s quick n easy & helps to keep my BGLs stable! Winning! 🏆 ❤️✅💥

OMGEEEE, after more than a month of pestering (aka nagging) - I FINALLEE got my own way - well, kinda 🤷‍♀️😂❤️I was allowed to get video/photographic evidence BUT strictly, “NO FACE!” 🫣🫣 … A massive shoutout to the beautiful Nat - we kicked off our journey together in October 2025! It started with an initial dietetic consult & progressed to 2 x 1 hour PT sessions per week… Nat always brings her A-game & smashes a new PB or 2 practically every session! We focus on weights training & we (safely) go HEAVY!!! All the research tells us that this is where it’s at!! 💯💥❤️ THE BIG FLEX: Nat’s body comp scans (3 months apart) showed a whopping 10kg weight loss, fat loss + muscle gain!!! Ladies, perimenopause (umm, we’re strictly referring to it as COUGAR PUBERTY from here on in) does not need to be scary! It is not happening TO you, it’s happening FOR you! 💯💥❤️ This is such an incredible stage of life where we get to own our s**t, call others out on their bulls**t & put ourselves back on our priority list!! It’s time to take your power back, bigger & better than ever before!

Let’s aim for more “3D moments”! 💯❤️I find myself (all too often) powering through my day, my runs & my to do list without even taking the time to STOP; to calm my busy mind & to actually take in my beautiful surroundings! 😳😬 I set out for a run with my daughter on the weekend & she says, “Hey Mum, let’s make this a 3D run”! Powerful stuff! 💯💥❤️

BE GRATEFUL! Try to NOT take anything for granted - your health, your loved ones, your circumstances… 🙏❤️ Check in with self, what are you grateful for today..? For me it’s - that “bounce outta bed” feeling, my loved ones, my rewarding career, this beautiful day & all the new & wonderful opportunities that it brings, the reprieve from the humidity, & the 45minutes of “me” times this morning, before anyone else was awake!
