Yoga has so many tools for our wellbeing on every level - helping support a strong and flexible body, resilient nervous system, clear calm mind, increased digestive fire and energy, improved relational health, creativity, purpose, being in flow with life etc
The final Living Well Workshop for 2025 is this coming Saturday 8th November 10.30am-3.30pm and there are a few places remaining.
Join us for 5 hours of opening and releasing through movement and breath, restoring deep calm and connection through chanting and relaxation, building beautiful community and being nourished by delicious natural food.
You will leave feeling reconnected to your own power to influence your life day to day through simple frameworks and practices from the teachings of Yoga.
The exploration for this month’s Workshop is Sva-Dharma - being aligned with our own unique life purpose. One of the ways we find this is by listening beyond the mind/thoughts to the heart (and beyond).
