And then I apply the theory.

Reading and researching is only the first step to a great workshop.

After understanding the theory, I need to feel it, embody it, practice it.

It then becomes tangible and I can pass it on.

And I can teach you how to have your own experience of it.

How do you look after your physical body? Do you make it pretty? Or do you enjoy self-care rituals because it makes you feel good on the inside first and then you radiate beauty and health on the outside?

We can often put so much pressure on our external body to make it look like a certain way and sometimes we even call it self-care. But is it really?

P.s a cup of tea and journaling can be one way to look after myself 😊💫

Another one is practicing self-care postures inspired by Ortho-Bionomy. This is where I learn about how my body functions from the inside out. I can release it and/or make it stronger in a very purposeful and respectful way.
