▪ Tear Drop vs. Round Implants

▫ Shape - Tear drop implants mimic the natural slope of the breast, with more volume at the bottom and less at the top. Round implants are symmetrical, offering fullness evenly across the breast.
▫ Filling - Tear drop implants are usually silicone (often called gummy bear implants), while both shapes can be filled with either silicone or saline.
▫ Surface: Tear drop implants are textured to stay in place, while round implants may be smooth and can shift slightly without noticeable changes.
