😂 Anyone else?
Honestly 90% of the time I love and look forward to my morning walks - they energise & enliven me, wake up my body & mind, and offer me a precious daily window of connection to nature, to the plants and birds and land around me.
I know them to be a pillar of my mental, emotional, physical & spiritual health.
10% of the time though.. I reeeeally *CBF*. For whatever reason (underslept, grumpy, insert other reasons here), I resist and procrastinate and faff around the house before (usually) putting on my runners and big girl hat and dragging myself outside.
And then, of course, every. damn. time. - I am SO glad I did. (See aforementioned reasons).
Regular movement is one of the 🏛Five Pillars🏛 of hormonal & overall physical & mental health.
I’m working on a blog series at the moment where I’ll be exploring each of the pillars in depth, and how missing out just 1 or 2 of them can seriously mess with the stability of your health, and leave your hormones wonky AF 😵💫
