Coming back to what I do time & again is a dedication, a heart opening awareness. The gap can grow so large, between our inner knowing and the complex life we experience. Our minds make sense of what there is to know but there is so often a short falling.

We were never supposed to do this on our own, with simply our brains leading the way. When we have the potential to access so much more. I adore working in this space, guiding, allowing, rebecoming.

As the month comes to a close, I’m reflecting on what an incredible month it’s been. Filled with moments that were once in a lifetime, joyful, surreal, serendipitous, community connection, seeing certain people & places newly, clarity in my purpose, feeling & seeing the support and guidance like never before, acceptance of gorgeous offers, receiving insight into how things are not how I thought they were. Opportunities to ride the waves of my wounding in the presence of the most beautiful, genuine soul, allowing me to arrive at the other side feeling stronger & more able. Moments of holding space & mothering in ways and with people that were heart and mind opening. Lots of moments of connection with women reaching out, sharing their wisdom and support in the most heartfelt and gorgeous ways.

Having said this, it’s also been a month of many, many challenging moments as a disclaimer here. Yet I know implicitly that this is all part of the process.

I hope you are finding the gold and the light of late and having time to take it all in and allowing yourself to open up & soften in response.

Are you having the experience of cycles coming to completion, being brought back to different points to see & know things differently through things like chance meetings, seeing footage from the past you’d never seen before and simply knowing from a linear time point eg. 10 years or even 20 or more years etc. in some cases to be shown how much growth & healing has taken place as well as how much has changed, no matter how hard (or wonderful) that is, to face that and let that land in order for the next cycle to commence.

There may be emotions that feel unchartered, that you don’t know what to ‘do’ with. There may be a serious level of uncertainty or questioning of everything. I honestly see this as a great place to be as we are open - out of our comfort zone, a space to feel into what is next. If we were to have it our way, what would that look like and are you open to the possibilities that come with the unknown as much as the anxieties?

Wherever you are in this, I hope you feel the support around you as you experience this, take that time to reflect, pay gratitude for all of it, feel the liberation within it all. Because that is one of the messages, the gifts in this stage and process in time.

I am grateful for the lifetimes within this lifetime
The cycles, stages & chapters
For the deaths & rebirths
The endings
The ushering in of the new
The gifts that have come in many forms
The awareness of what has unfolded
The wisdom that has and continues to reveal itself
The meeting of hearts & minds
The answers to questions that I didn’t believe I would receive in this life
To see & feel with my own eyes and heart, the shifts that can occur
Even when it was once unimaginable
The ability to observe and play a part in the unfolding
To play a role in the healing of my ancestral lineage
The opportunity of offering the gift of healing, again & again
To know of the insurmountable growth that has occurred
Even if it’s only through my own knowing
I am grateful
To arrive at a place where there is a space being held for me so that I can do that for another
To celebrate, reflect, grieve, release
To feel and see the support around me
To know that I am not alone in this process, this devotion
To feel the weight which I once held all on my own, being carried away, transmuted and knowing that the source of this is the divine, partnering me, facilitating this
To witness the sisterhood
Through generations, cultures, complexities
To hold the hand of another and guide them in releasing that shame and the ripple effect that has
To experience this so tangibly
I am in awe
Of what can occur
What we are capable of
When the intention is heart & soul led
To smile knowing, that even after all of this, it is just the beginning.
